Advanced Inspection Tools
Our quality team utilizes a variety of high-accuracy inspection tools to measure and validate complex parts. This includes coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), optical comparators, micrometers, and gages specifically developed to support precision manufacturing.
We also incorporate CNC-based inspection equipment into our workflow. These systems offer repeatable, high-precision measurements while parts are still on the machine, a practice that is especially useful for evaluating tight-tolerance components and detailed geometries—ensuring alignment between customer specs and final product.
