Full-Spectrum CNC Machining
With over 60 CNC work centers in our facility, EMP delivers a wide range of machining capabilities including 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling, turning, and gun drilling. Depending on the application, our experienced machinists can hold tolerances down to ±0.0001″ and handle everything from rapid prototyping to full production runs.
Material Versatility
EMP specializes in machining exotic and high-performance materials such as Titanium, Tungsten, Invar, Inconel, Kel-F, and FDA-grade Plastics. We also maintain high-efficiency production of standard materials like Aluminum, Copper, Brass, and Stainless Steel.
Plating & Finishing
EMP maintains an offsite plating line for high- and mid-Phosphorous Electroless Nickel. Cosmetic finishes and part deburring are handled in-house with exceptional attention to detail.
Secondary Processes & Trusted Partners
To provide a true end-to-end solution, EMP works with a curated network of proven suppliers for critical secondary services:
