Whether it’s a one-off prototype or a high-volume production run, EMP’s logistics operation is structured to support on-time delivery with careful attention to detail.
Packaging & Handling
We tailor our packaging methods to match the shape, finish, and fragility of each part. Protective materials, labeled cartons, and part-specific inserts are commonly used to ensure components arrive in factory condition. Our logistics staff is trained to understand how critical surface finishes and tight tolerances are, and that proper care starts at the packing bench.
Shipping Coordination
EMP works with a range of regional, national, and international carriers to match shipment size, delivery windows, and cost requirements. Whether your parts are shipping across town, across the country, or internationally, we’re experienced in coordinating freight, parcel, and customer-scheduled pickups. Based on the industries we serve, approximately three-quarters of our output is shipped overseas in any given year.
