Our goal at EMP is to safeguard your investment from start to finish. As an organization that’s built its reputation on quality manufacturing and on-time delivery, we employ every possible measure to minimize controllable events (quality recalls, manufacturing mishaps) and non-controllable risks (natural disasters or power outages.)
EMP maintains one of the most robust disaster prevention and recovery systems in the industry. We regulate controllable risk variables through internal processes and audits, but many don’t know that our facility’s structural design also protects customers from non-controllable factors like component completion and delivery delays due to inclement weather or power outages.
Our 51,000 sq. ft. facility is a six-sided concrete building built partially into a hillside, and is designed to withstand severe inclement weather and high force winds, including tornadoes. In addition, our power source comes from two separate power substations, giving EMP redundancy in grid power sources, which reduces risk of downtime due to power loss.
As an EMP customer, you can rest assured knowing we are committed to making your vision a reality, all while reducing risk along the way. For more information on EMP’s commitment to this vital area, feel free to download our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan
