As a registered ISO 9001 compliant facility with an ISO 9001 registered certification, quality assurance is an integral part of EMP’s workflow process. Our onsite Quality Assurance (QA) team is involved at every stage of a project; from raw material inspections and product manufacturing to shipping and fulfillment, QA is responsible for ensuring we meet a customers’ specifications and uphold quality standards of excellence by following our rigorous Quality Management Systems (QMS).
EMP’s onsite Quality Laboratory is temperature and humidity controlled. It houses state-of-the-art measurement instrumentation (Zeiss and other CMM-based instruments) and expansive gauging tools that enable us to verify compliance to precise dimensions and tolerances up to ±0.0001 inch before, during and after manufacturing.
EMP is proud of its quality record and regularly conducts performance audits to ensure processes, machines and equipment are properly functioning and meet QA and QMS standards.
